Day seventeen

Today i cleaned the dishes after dinner because my mum was out. I felt good that i cleaned the dishes and my dad was proud of me and said thanks

Day sixteen

Today i helped a lady at the super market she was in the line behind me and i let her go in front of me because she had less things. I felt good that i had helped that lady because she was very nice and said thank-you

Day Fifteen

Today i wrote my mums speech for Japan i told her that i had written it and she said that i was a star because she didnt know how to write it. I felt good because i did something nice for her.

Day forteen

Today i played with my cat when i got home and my dog. i had fun and felt good that i had played with them and my mum said thank-you.

Day thirteen

Today i helped my mum clean up the kitchen. I was happy i did that because she was proud of me and i felt good

Day Twelve

Today i feed our fish outside because they had not been fed. My mum was happy that i fed them because that meant she didnt have to do it. And the fish were happy because they were all eating.

Day eleven

Today my brother wanted to take a shower in the morning and i let him go before me because he was quicker than me i felt good that i had done something for him and he said thanks

Day Ten

Today my i helped my friend it was our school disco and my friend wanted 50 cents so i gave her 50 cents so she could buy a drink. I felt happy that i did some thing nice for one of my friends and she was happy too because she got a drink.

Day nine

Today i helped my friend because she was getting bullied by some girls from another school at rugby and i stood up for her.I was proud of myself because i had helped out a friend.

Day eight

Today i brushed my dog after he had had his bath and brushed my cat. my mum was pleased that i had done that and so were the dog and cat because my cat was purring and my dog was calm (witch its very rare)

Day seven

Today i went to the howick historical Village and helped out there for a day because it was there live day and i helped out there for the day and after the live day i stayed and helped do all the dishes

Day six

Today me and my mum got breakfast in bed that my dad made and after we had finished i took my mums plate out and mine so my mum didnt have to get up and could relax in bed.

Day five

Today i got home from school early and my dog had been in our rubbish bin and taken out plastic and stuff so i picked it all up so my mum didnt have to do it.

My mum was proud of me and was relieved that she didnt have to pick it up

Day four

Today i put everybodies shoes back on the shoe rack because they were in the garage and had been there for ages.

Today i turned off all the lights in my house before i went to school to save power instead of my mum doing it.
She was proud of me because she
said well done.
i felt good that i had done something for her and our environment

day two

Today i helped dad by getting him a glass of water when he was sick in bed. i felt good about getting him a glass of water because he said thank-you so i felt like i did a good job.

Day one

Today i took down our Recycling my mum was happy that i did that because that meant she didnt have to, I felt good that i did that because my mum said thank you and that made me feel good.

Room 10 are trying to make a difference in the community we live in. For 17 days we are going to do something helpful for other people. Each day we will record down what we have done and how that person has felt when we did something for them. We are doing this because we believe you should help others out without expecting anything in return.
